Terms of Service - Last Updated: Jan 07 2023 GigBlaze LLC ("GB", "we", "us", "our") provides technical consulting services including services resulting in physical or digital products to you the Client ("you", "they", "their"). All services rendered including any products resulting from them, unless otherwise stated in writing adhere to the following terms and conditions: - Carry no warranty of any kind. - Are delivered as is. - There are no refunds after an order has been delivered and accepted. Any exceptions will be made at our discretion. You can contact us at info@gigblaze.com. - The Client promisees to adhere strictly to the word of the law in their jurisdiction when using, applying, testing or in any way engage or interact with products or services provided by us. - The Client carries full responsibility for the use of any service or product for which our services were used. Furthermore any and all damages or harm caused by the use or application of products and services provided, are the sole responsibility of the Client. - The Client guaranties that they hold the legal rights to all assets, designs, materials, samples, documents or intellectual property of any kind they provide to us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason with or without notice. Any violation of this terms will result in termination of the Client's order(s) and/or the closure of their account with us. We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time and for any reason, any changes to this agreement will be applicable immediately. The Client is responsible for keeping up to date with any changes and checking this agreement periodically. We'll take reasonable effort on communicating changes by updating the timestamp at the top of this agreement.
